ICoTA Canada Website Sponsorship 2008
APPLICATION

It continues to cost money to maintain and keep our site active and current. Our www.icota-canada.com website has undergone several changes in format and design since it was first posted but our $200.00 annual fee website sponsorship fee remains unchanged. The annual fee provides each sponsor with a separate listing of your company; name, address, contact numbers and contact person; and of course, a direct link to your company’s home page.

Individual Membership Rates for 2008: If your firm is a website sponsor, individual memberships in ICoTA can be applied for at the reduced rate of only $35.00 CAD each. The normal rate ICoTA membership rate is $50.00 for each individual membership. We have reduced the individual membership fee to encourage more participation by your staff. There is no limit to the quantity of individual memberships at this specially reduced rate of $35.00 CAD, but an application form must be completed for each individual. (Note: A corporate membership is NOT available.) A separate application form must be completed for each individual membership. If you require individual membership application forms, please complete the application form.

Your sponsorship registration will be taken in two steps.

STEP 1:Fill out your contact and company information below. Then press Submit. Your informaion will be sent to ICoTA staff and you will then be taken to PayPal.

STEP 2: Pay your sponsoship fee using PayPal.
